so, i am in the process of writing my annotated bibliography for my narrative counseling class. there are several things unique to narrative therapy...but this is one that i think folks should incorporate into their lives: the person is not the problem. the problem is the problem.
doesn't that make good sense? a lot of the time we internalize our problems and that just makes them more messy. when we get them outside of ourselves...it just make them so much easier and clearer to deal with.
just my thought for the day.
